BURN 1000

Tone and sculpt your dream physique. Using a combination of isolation and compound exercises, a full body session incorporating all major muscle groups in your upper, core and lower muscles. Utilising our 4 major training zones, Treadmill, Fluid Rowers, Resistance and Functional. Burning upto 1000 calories in your day after participating in one of these sessions.

5 STAR WORKOUT

5 full body functional exercises for three rounds of 5 50 second intervals in-between three fitness blocks; this includes assault runners, fluid rowers, and assault bikes. This workout is designed to fatigue each muscle group and advance your fitness. Burning up to a 1000 calories can be achieved in this session depending on your fitness levels weight and gender!

 
 

CONTINUOUS MAXIMUS

A Full Body session using fitness, functional, isolation and compound exercises. This session is free flowing session with shorter intervals and transition periods. We have two types of continuous formats mimicking circuits and the other similar to out 5 star work out. Both challenging but what you give is what you get. The only pressure is what you put on yourself to perform at your optimism

BOXHIT

Combination punches using jabs, crosses, hooks and uppercuts in conjunction with isolation and compound exercises. this is a full body workout also utilising treadmills, fluid rowers, resistance and function. We use bags and pad in every session. 

*Boxing gloves and wraps must be supplied*

 
 

CORE & FITNESS BLAST

Develop your core and fitness with our 45min session split in to two sections.  Incorporating weights and body weight exercises and Sprits, jogging, Rowing, Riding, Skipping, Plyometrics, and much more to help develop your all round fitness and core!

HIIT UPPER BODY

Isolation & compound exercises designed to sculpt and shape your ideal physique. Lower intensity fewer repetitions to bulk or higher intensity and more reps to burn fat and produce lean muscle. Every individual can choose their own goals. Four rounds of upper body exercise and two rounds of fitness during one the session. Each round is 5 minutes long.

 

STRETCH & YOGA

A series of dynamic movements designed to stretch and strengthen the entire body, creating a stronger, injury free you. The combinations activate the very deep core muscles whilst developing an all round flexible physique to allow better movement. The session requires very little equipment and works great in conjunction with Burn 1000. This is pay as you go class £5 on arrival for Unlimited Members. Non members £10

Legs are core are two elements combined to give you an effective workout. Develop your core strength using up to 4 exercises designed to strengthen your 5 core muscles. Work up to 6 different leg exercises combined with two fitness blocks to fatigue and strengthen your legs. Don’t miss leg day!!
